PRIM offers a customer referral program where existing customers "Referrers" can refer new customers "Referees" to purchase eligible subscriptions and receive rewards.
How It Works
PRIM offers a customer referral program where existing customers "Referrers" can refer new customers "Referees" to purchase eligible subscriptions and receive rewards.
1. Eligibility
The Referee must:
- Be a new customer who has never previously purchased any subscription from PRIM.
- Sign up and purchase an eligible subscription using the unique referral link, referral code, or registered mobile/email of the Referrer.
Important:
Self referrals (creating multiple accounts or using one's own referral link or code) are not eligible and may lead to cancellation of rewards and/or account suspension.
2. Referral Rewards & Conditions
On a Successful Referral, both Referrer and Referee will be eligible for the following rewards:

* Rewards mentioned will be in the form of Online vouchers and/or membership discount.
3. Successful Referral Criteria
- The Referee completes full payment for the relevant subscription.
- The payment is not cancelled, refunded, or charged back within the window defined in our Refund Policy.
4. Processing & Terms
Processing Time:
Rewards will be processed within 7-10 working days after all successful referral criteria are met.
Reward Type:
Rewards may be provided as Gift Vouchers or equivalent benefits.
Voucher Terms:
Vouchers are non-transferable and may have an expiry date.
Annual Limits:
PRIM may set an upper limit on total annual rewards or maximum referrals per year.
