Welcome to Prim. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription or service through our platform.
Overview
This policy details the operational conditions under which plan changes, service provisions, and potential balance refunds are administered by Prim. Our target is transparency regarding transaction outcomes, customer responsibilities, and timeline assurances.
1. Subscription Plans
Prim offers subscription-based access to its software platform and related services. Subscription plans may include Monthly, Half-Yearly, and Annual billing cycles, depending on the selected offering.
All subscriptions are billed in advance and are subject to the terms mentioned in this policy.
2. Refund Eligibility
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide support for onboarding and usage of the platform. Refunds, wherever applicable, will be processed according to the following conditions:
- The 15-day refund policy is applicable only for Half-Yearly and Annual subscription plans.
- Monthly subscription plans are non-refundable.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the date of purchase.
- Refund requests made after the eligible refund window will not be considered.
3. GST & Tax Deduction on Refunds
All approved refunds will be processed after deduction of applicable GST charges (18%) and any other statutory taxes, transaction charges, or government levies, wherever applicable.
⚠️ Note: The refunded amount will therefore be lower than the total amount originally paid.
4. Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellation will stop future auto-renewal charges.
- Access to the platform will continue until the end of the active billing period.
- Cancellation does not automatically qualify for a refund.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be applicable under the following circumstances:
- Partial usage or non-usage of the platform after purchase.
- Failure to use the service due to lack of internet, device compatibility, or user-side technical limitations.
- Violation of Prim’s Terms of Service or misuse of the platform.
- Delay caused due to incomplete onboarding information from the user.
- Subscription renewals after the refund window has expired.
6. Refund Processing Timeline
Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method used during the transaction.
