Refund Policy

At PRIM, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with our software, you may request a full refund within 15 days from the date of software activation.

To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at connect@primhub.ai with your order details and registered email address. Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note that refund requests made after the 15-day window from activation date will not be eligible for the refund.
